My rollers keep jumping out of the tracks but I don’t see where there is a problem with the tracks. They look straight to me. Any ideas? Love your videos!

Yep I didn’t pull the emergency lever and inadvertently my garage door was closed while it was partially off track and it folded up like a tuna can. Had to have a whole new door installed.

Yup. Hired a guy to fix my garage door. Noticed the wheels were worn and he replaced the doing the exact same thing!!! 👍👍

Gator-as a safety feature, I think the manufacturer does not recommend releasing track with garage door opened. Closed the door, release the track and then manually open the door and then replaced…

My garage door intermittently come back up. If I hit the remote on the inside it’s works most of the time. What could be wrong? Most all the time it works fine
