you probably have have dry scalp not dandruff ! which believe it or not it’s cause your only washing your hair once a week your hair may be more oily and need to be washed more often

you might be using a shampoo/conditioner that’s drying out your scalp so it gets greasier quicker as your scalp is trying to not be as dry if that makes sense??

May not be using your shampoo properly. Shampoo. Rub scalp and rest of hair. Leave for a few mins. Wash out. Rub scalp whilst washing then condition the length of hair. Not scalp

Try using a black castor shampoo, I had the same issue. Also really get into your scalp and after washing make sure to dry your roots properly

Once you got a dandruff it stays forever just won’t be always so visible. Also scalp should be washed every 2/3 days to keep it clean ❤️
