If you have heavy cream, salt and 30-min, you can make butter at home✨ Ingredients: - 3 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream - 1-2 tsp Salt (depending on taste) Steps: 1. Add your Heavy Cream and Salt to the bowl of your mixer (I didn’t wait for it to come to room temp - which is why it took about 30min) 2. Start on Med/High speed with the whisk attachment and let it whip. (Keep an eye on it, from time to time you might need to scrape down the sides) 3. Give it some time and you’ll eventually see the “butter” separate from the “milk” 4. About 20 or so min in, you might want to cover your mixer as it will get a little splashy ☺️ you can slightly turn it down as it separates. 5. Remove your butter and rinse thoroughly in cold water. 6. Save your buttermilk in a glass jar in the fridge if you’d like! 7. Once butter is rinsed, place in a container or butter mold and in your fridge for 4 weeks! You can make it simple or fancy! Spruce up the flavor with garlic, herbs, etc!
