VSG 12 years ago here and it’s definitely not the easy way out. It’s exactly what you said.. a tool! I still struggle but I will never regret it. It’s kept me under 200lbs for all of my adult life!✨✨✨

I did it when I was 350 pounds. That was 21 years ago and I still struggle with weight even though I remain 165 pounds you never stop the fight.

I had WLS and it is NOT easy. it is a tool. You still have to do all the work daily to lose and keep it off. You have to do the mental work daily to fight the food addiction haunting you. keep it up!
