How is there a 2023 June? If the June brought into 1989 lives through 2024 then that 2024 June goes to 1946 - where is this 2023 June coming from? Isnt the 2022 June the same person as the 2024 June?

I’m confused on the loop. In the second timeline, when June sees her Mother born, does June die when she sees Susanne give birth to herself? June would know her day if death because they can’t exist
