I use it as a fat supplement for my boys, but they love it! However it’s mixed in with/ TC Balancer & lots of soaked hay pellets!

I use the renew gold for feet & hair but I just give it as a supplement. try nutrena proforce senior. mine love it & look fabulous. you'd never know they're in their 20s
