@grillinwithdad: If you love shrimp, then this recipe is for you! Some of the best shrimp I ever made. Remove the shells, leave the tails, a little olive oil and season HEAVILY with my Taco seasoning. These go on the @webergrills griddle into some @baconupbacongrease over high heat. They will cook super-fast, minute and a half per side to 2 minutes max. Flip, cook on the other side and pull them off. For the sauce: - ½ cup mayo - 1 tbsp stone ground mustard - 1 tbsp garlic paste - 1 tbsp prepared horseradish - 1 tbsp dill pickle juice - 1-2 tsp hot sauce - Zest from 1 lime - Juice from ½ lime - 1 tsp Taco seasoning Mix all this and drizzle over the finished shrimp.
