This is so true man! You get burnet out being a PCA/CNA because you do 90% of everything from taking vitals to hearing the nurse calling you to take a simple water or ice, it’s crazy how things are

As a CNA, the best treatment I've had from nurses was in psych, because those nurses knew us CNAs saw the patients and their changes way more
