My partner has adhd and ill be honest, its very hard for me to navigate the interruption thing. Im doing my best but it is also very hard not feeling talked over even knowing the intend behind it

in my case I sit and wait my turn but I’m defos not listening I’m just holding on tight to my thought until it’s my turn to speak still as bad cause still can’t listen and remember what I want to say
