Never sleep w wet hair and always dry it sooner rather than later after washing it. Don’t wash it a ton either. Try putting some aquaphor on it to help.

So my dermatologist suggested to use 3 different shampoos and use one every time you wash it and then use the next one the next time and then interchange each one so every time we’re using a different shampoo and wash it at least 4 times a week.

My dermatologist prescribed me ketoconazole 2% shampoo and omg it helps sososo much and he gives me like 20 refills. Mine usually flairs up when the weather changes or if im stressed out. Ask your doctor to prescribe you ketoconazole 2% i dont think its a steroid but its helped me so much

I use fluocinolone acetonide topical oil 0.01. Apply during flare ups at night before bed. Wash off in the morning and use ketoconozole 3xs a week. It has helped tremendously! You might want to get checked for pcos.

girl I have that and I been having alot of anti dandruff shampoos and even hydrocortisone but like over time it just stops working :/

if you have insurance talk to ur doc about zoryve only thing thats out for this specifically . i use tea tree oil and mct oil every couple of days for moisture no air drying or other oils
