i actually was doing it wrong the whole time I've felt that my back isnt okay but i kept going and my back is destroying me for a year now , how can i make them stop ? should i train more and do it properly, someone told me that my back might be because of my weak muscles in my lowrr back but I've been training for 3 years with judo and some really hard training, the doctor gave me 5 injections and said that its a muscle tear but i did what he said and 3 months resting , when i went back it became much worst , any advice ?
