First of all Carmax is one of the worst places to buy a car based on budget cuz they sell the cars 15-20% above average recommended market, plus 3% above average rate you consider to finance

i bought a tahoe & returned it a week later they didn’t stand on their promises to fix the small flaws (cracked headlight, clearcoat sunburned) they declined to fix after we had agreed on the contract

Unfortunately, these are not always accurate. You have to back it out and see what your rate is and know that, but Carmax is so overpriced that you won’t always get the most for your money.
