Wanda Woman :
I use any socks, underwear or clothing I wish to get rid of when I travel. I wear them, throw them away & lighten my luggage.

Bring the hangers back to dry cleaners, they can be reused and the cleaners appreciate it

I always keep or one or two wire hangars at the back of my closet because there have been many times when I've needed one for some reason or another

Love your ideas! But the wire hangers and plastic bags are great when packing. The hangers are light weight and the bags help prevent wrinkles!

I learned this trick from my mother who was a couture buyer and traveled to Europe frequently: keep your dry cleaning bags and put your clothing on them for travel in your suitcase: no wrinkles.
