I have been on Social Security disability since October 2022 they did my review a month ago and yesterday I got a denial letter saying that I am no longer disabled even though I am currently working with a neurosurgeon because I have several diseases and spinal issues also in my hands and feet and we are going through the process of setting me up for some type of surgery, but then I get this denial letter, saying my benefits will end in September

is that because new stronger records are so rarely submitted at recon. I submitted mrfc, new diagnoses and additional records for recon I didn't have before

My disability claim was remanded back to the ALJ once it hit the Appeals Council Review. Then I was denied again - I've been fighting for it for over 2 years.

I don’t think itt a waste of time.. if a person has a SEVERE enough condition(s).. it wt get approved w/out seeing a judge
