My daughter has had migraines since she was 3. When she went through puberty, they got much worse plus she would lose feeling in her left arm and her legs. She would also lose vision in her left eye.

Both my grandmothers get chronic migraines and I get them from hormones now when I’m going to get my cycle. Could be hormone related or just chronic migraine syndrome

I take a once a month shot for my migraines and it’s cut back on my migraines a lot. Migraines are no fun.

I have had migraines since I was 19 but bad headaches since 12. I see the headache clinic in Cleveland with Cleveland hospital for management. Huge hugs to her.

I understand her pain I started getting them at 24 years old I be 26 soon amd I get them every 2 to 3 months I get bad headaches last summer I had one I end up in the er from it

I wonder if it’s vertigo… it causes nausea, headaches, sensitivity to light and sound…my grandma and dad have vertigo and would be in bed for days…

Try keeping a headache journal - time of the month, foods, amt of rest, stress, etc.
