@laniatheartist: 👏🏾DON’T👏🏾BELIEVE👏🏾THEIR👏🏾THOUGHTS👏🏾!!!👏🏾 One of my favorite ways to change a belief is to write the old belief that’s no longer serving me down in pencil, and then in a colored pen writing down the new belief you want to believe right below that. (Thank you @lisanichols.sm for sharing this method with us all, so brilliant!) After you’re done, erase the pencil! I personally align my new beliefs with the promises of God in the Bible. Just look up “promises of God Bible” on google and you should get some awesome results. If your new beliefs align with the Word, use the Word to fully ground your new belief in your subconscious mind and see what new changes you and Jesus can create together in your life!
