where do you go from there? when I was in college my professor got me to get testing done they did a bunch of different things but the results came back that I had a memory disability but that's 1/2

I'm 33 & suffer bad from this & didn't know were to turn sucks when my kid tells me u said this or we talked about this & I truly don't recall i love music & can't remember songs & artists

Thank you so much its so hard to find more info about this. I relate. Also did that evaluation and I’m young… went to a neurologist. It happened the same I have high above average in the rest of the areas but that one is affected.. did they give you excercises to train it or something? i also cannot recall trauma* i recall some bad moments like all of us ofc. The bad more than thegood actually

You should try to write a journal or do a photo journal about your day at the end of every day. Just reflecting on what happened and recording it can help so much

I can remember some big things. I can remember bits and pieces of super random things in my life. almost everything else I can't. my husband and Is first date is nonexistent to me. he can recall it

Something interesting to note if you can’t remember any possible trauma is a lot of times our minds have blocked out those painful memories so it wouldn’t be uncommon for you to not remember trauma

Oh my GOD. This is MY STORY. I think it’s trauma based but I can’t remember the trauma. The worst is I have effects from the trauma that I can heal from with therapy. Because I can’t remember it.

I have epilepsy & my memory is about the same as yours. my neuro told me that some is from having so many seizures but is also from trauma. how are you supposed to heal from trauma you cant remember?!
