My doctor prescribed me 12% hydroquinone. I’m new to the skin care stuff but after watching reviews I’m starting to get nervous. I tried it recently and my face was red and hot and stinging ! Oh my😩

number 1 is a good point but there is such a thing as iron toxicity; although supplements usually aren’t enough for toxic effects, def get blood tests done by a doc in order to stay on the safe side
