sounds like a lease that was not paid off and they tried to pay it off as a customer pay off vs dealer payoff which is much higher. so he was trying to make more profit. 🤔

If you buy the car in cash or even a loan u have to get a temp registration to that vehicle call the DMV they will know what to do with his dealership license thats not good

It could be a dealer auction buy! The auction house takes time to even get the title. Vanquish probably got the car from the auction and hasn’t gotten the title
