If you have no issues keeping your mouth closed, try just a nasal mask instead of a nasal pillow. The pillows do hurt inside. -ex Respiratory Tech

Hey sir! So I have slept with one for about 8-10 years. I had the same issue, what I did was take a little Z-quill, as I was getting sleepy. Then put the mask on. Also I have a full face mask

DUDE. I promise you the Resmed F30i is a game changer it attached at the top of the head and is WAY more comfortable. The masks that attach in the front SUCK.

Keep wearing it. I didn’t like the nasal one but you may have it on too tight. You can get the mask for nose only. I don’t like the one on the mouth

As a respiratory therapist it will take you about 4 weeks of nightly use before you stop pulling it off. Keep going!

I have sleep apnea and hated the cpap machine so I now have the Inspire implanted device. I no longer have to use the cpap machine

My husband got full mask 25 yrs ago. Sounded like Darth Vader. 1st night he rolled over, moved mask and said “Susan I am your husband” 🤣🤣🤣 new ones are better. Wear it constantly for your heart!!!
