Hi! student nurse here (3 months away from being an RN). Those cavilon wipes are great to get bandages/tapes to stay put, but make sure to let the area dry for 2-3 minutes or it will cause itchiness:)

That’s what happens to me. I am allergic to the adhesive of Band-Aids. Most of the time it is Tegaderm. Which is similar to what they put on tattoos. but your baby girl is so brave. ❤️

I had the same issue with having a reaction to my Omnipod sites. My nurse practitioner suggested IV prep and spraying a little bit of Flonase on my skin before placing the pod. It hasn’t failed me!

My endo told me to use Flonase and spray it on right before I pop my dexcom on and it has made a world of difference! From itchy blisters to no itch!

so I have a allergy to the adhesive my butrans patches I get dermatitis...my pain doctor recommended the red steroid puffer and it's helped!!!

Is she allergic to latex? I’m allergic to latex and have to be careful with adhesives because sometimes they have minimum amounts of latex 🥲

Pt 1: Mustella lotion was something my mom always used for me as a kid whenever I itched or had a rash so I highly recommend!
