What if Toyota gave the C-HR a full Stage 3 transformation? This Toyota C-HR Stage 3 is an unofficial high-performance concept with a lower, wider and far more aggressive appearance, while retaining the hybrid character of the original model. In this imagined specification, the C-HR uses a heavily upgraded 2.0-litre plug-in hybrid powertrain producing approximately 360 hp and 520 Nm of torque. The petrol engine, electric motor, battery management, cooling system and power electronics have all been recalibrated for significantly stronger performance. Power is delivered through an upgraded automatic transmission and an intelligent all-wheel-drive system, providing strong traction and instant electric response. In this configuration, the C-HR could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 4.7 seconds and reach an electronically limited top speed of around 250 km/h. The suspension has been lowered by approximately 35 millimetres and fitted with firmer springs, adaptive dampers and larger performance brakes. Black 20-inch multi-spoke wheels with wide high-performance tyres complete the powerful stance. The redesigned front bumper features larger air intakes, sharper aerodynamic detailing and a more pronounced front splitter. Wider bodywork, extended side skirts and a larger rear roof spoiler give the car a much stronger road presence while also improving stability at higher speeds. The exterior is finished in Deep Black Cherry Pearl Metallic, a rich pearl colour that appears almost black in shadow but reveals deep burgundy and dark cherry-red metallic highlights in direct sunlight.
