This frothy little number uses the magic of reverse dry shaking to generate a thick, dense cream like foam on the drink. This is where you shake with ice as usual, then strain out the ice and shake again. The second shake whips air into the drink and creates a decadent foam. Recipe. 55ml Fresh Espresso 45ml Landlocked English White Rum 25ml Veloura Cold Brew Liqueur 15ml Brown Sugar Syrup Add everything to a shaker followed by ice. Shake for around 20 seconds before straining out the ice and shake again. When you can’t hear the little shards of ice in the liquid it’s ready. Strain into your favourite glass and enjoy!
