Most of my anxiety comes from me wanting to control how ppl perceive me. I have been working to let go of that. I shouldnt want ppl to like me cos I want them to. I want them to like me authentically.

For me I just repeat to myself “Everybody is nice, nothing is scary” until I depersonalize and feel like a different person is being bold for me 😅✨it works great tbh
