Unless I was in the BIGGEST rush, I would immediately tell them "You need to return this entire purchase." If the cashier/drive through gives me 💩, I do it instantly. If a manager asks why, I tell.

The store bonuses and annual raises depend on 5 stars. If you don't give them 5 stars, they don't get a raise or a bonus. It's not fair, but we have to help other people. Give them 5 stars.

I don’t think I’ve ever rated my Walmart experience lol, but they probably have a goal they have to hit to get some kind of reward.

Walmart employees at mine do this too but they at least wait for you to walk away and if it still has the screen on they go for it.

yeah they do that for some reason. I always hit one star and I've noticed that after you hit the one star in error pops up

I give 3 if I have no issues with the online pickup people blocking the aisles, but usually they get a 1, if I have a hovering cashier I start coughing A LOT & they back up enough for my to hit 1⭐️😂

Front end isn’t supposed to hit ratings themselves 😩 it’s for customers only but some coaches push for it to force up ratings. I’ve seen ppl fired for not doing it but ye it’s in the policy NOT to do

I’ve had this happen at our local Walmart as well as an employee who will run to each kiosk before you can tap and keep saying “hit 5” while staring dead at you.

They do that when a cashier checks you out. The pin pad asks while they ring out but they press it before you look at it.

TIL they're trying to get rid of the self checkouts 😭 it's a 5 star experience for me if I don't have to talk to anybody 😅 that was so embarrassing for them to do that tho 👀
