Which section would the mental health go in? Just got the online form and it’s asking questions on what you can and cannot do. Please which section can I add the mental health in?

My assessor seemed really nice but has missed loads of the report and ticked I can do the activities even though her own notes state I can’t. I don’t know if I can go through it again 🥺
