I can hear my mom say “suck in your gut” everyday. I was barely 100 lbs in high school when this started. I ran varsity CC and track too.

I was a "tomboy" as a preteen, and would climb trees. my dad would remind me not to get scratches or cuts so I'd have pretty legs when I got older😔🤨 I ignored him though👌
