Original: 1 chopped onion, 1/2 tsp sugar, 4 carrots, 4 garlic cloves, 1 tsp coriander, S & P, 1.5 tbsp vinegar. Sauté onion in 2 tbsp of oil, pour over top carrots. Optional cayenne or hot pep flakes.
