YESSS! We can get these results even better when we dry brush the right way! Myth Busters: ❌ Start at your feet and work your way up! ✅ We want to start the closest to the trunk of our body. The arm, for example we will start dry brushing closest to the armpit and work our way down the arm! We still dry brush TOWARDS the armpit! This allows us to “clear” the lymphatic fluid — where it’s all going to flow! Like a traffic jam, we move the first car, not the last! ❌ You have to dry brush your entire body in one session ✅ We can customize the area in which we want to dry brush! Neck tight? Dry brush that area! Been sitting all day? Dry brush legs! Feel bloated in the belly? Dry brush tummy! We just want to make sure we prep our lymph nodes!
