Most places don’t want the maintence and operation. So they have an outside vendor and take a percentage. So real question is if you are the vendor what are your costs to and profits to satisfy Duke.

What are the costs of goods placed in machines and man power to stock them, fix them, clean them, etc.

But that is only gross revenue. Wouldn’t net revenue be a more relevant number. After all there are some key costs like acquisition, stocking them, maintenance, loss, etc.
