@itsrosieandharry: Having psoriasis is the most mentally & physically draining condition😢18 months ago I cleared the biggest psoriasis flare I’ve ever had by coming off the birth control pill. For the last year and a half I’ve been been in remission and my skin and stayed clear which has been the best 18 months of my life…but it’s coming back, in the same exact way as it did with my previous flare😩The place I was in mentally when my psoriasis covered 90% of my body was the darkest ever and seeing a flare come back again reminds me of the worst time of my life & it’s SO hard not to panic and feel so down again. This time I am DETERMINED to not let my flare stop me from being happy, the best version of myself, working out, leaving the house, wearing the clothes I want and to still do everything I can to be the healthiest version of me❤️‍🩹My gut microbiome test arrived in the mail today which means I can take a closer look into my gut health and figure out what the root cause for my flares are.
