Did it in March again, was sunny. The reason not to do it would be how the hostels treat the Vietnamese easyriders. The boring same route they do. The loop was started by backpackers in the mid 2000s.

Couldn’t agree more!! We had rain the first day, but luckily it cleared up and we had such good weather the rest of the trip, but honestly would not have done it if it was raining the whole time!
