@mattsfitchef: PROTEIN BROWNIE SKILLET | Recipe👇 - 80 g (1/3 cup) Greek yogurt - 20 g (3 tbsp) protein powder (whey, from @Prozis_official discount code MATTSFIT) - 15 g (2 tbsp) oat flour (or any flour) - 15 g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder - 10 g (1 tbsp) granulated sweetener (erythritol) - 1⁄2 tsp baking powder - 1⁄4 tsp coffee powder (optional) - pinch of salt - 1 tsp chocolate chips To Serve (optional) - sugar-free vanilla ice cream (from Prozis discount code MATTSFIT) DIRECTIONS - Preheat oven to 180ºC (360ºF). - In a bowl stir together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, granulated sweetener, coffee powder and pinch salt.
