I’m at the point where if I have to upload my resume AND fill out page after page of the same information on my resume, I don’t apply for the job. It’s ridiculous.

Their is where employers miss the point. the purpose of a resume is to show that I have the skills and experience needed. It doesn't matter how I arrange it so long us it's in order and clear.
