@thehomesteadingrd: It’s SUPER easy and works well for both Ryan and I. We’ve been using this recipe for years! 1) Mix 1/2 cup distilled water with 1/2 cup of castille soap 2) Add ~1 tsp of your preferred oil (I like almond or jojoba) - you can add more or less, depending on your skin type! 3) Add 15 drops of essential oils *For oily skin I like: tea tree, cedar wood, lemon and patchouli *For dry skin I like: lavender, frankincense, geranium and rosemary It’s seriously that easy (and saves a TON of money)! I like to use a foam pump for easy dispensing, plus it helps it last longer. One bottle will last for months!🙌🏼 *Of note, lemon essential oil can make the skin more photosensitive☀️, so omit it if you’re sensitive to this. However, I’ve been using it for years and it doesn’t bother me. I’d love to know what combination of essential oils you like to use. Share with us! ☺️ #DIY #diybeauty #diybeautyproducts #diyskincare #diyskincarerecipes #castilesoap #selfsufficient #selfsufficiency #selfsufficientliving
