Ingredients: →5 eggs →Fresh dill - ⅓ cup →Green onion - handful, chopped →Dijon or spicy brown mustard - 3 tbsp →Plain, nonfat greek yogurt - ½ cup →Pickle juice - 3tbsp →Salt and pepper to taste Recipe: Boil eggs for 8-10 minutes. Remove eggs, dunk in ice, peel. In a food processor, add the greek yogurt, mustard, pickle juice, dill, and green onion. Blend until smooth. Taste test here and adjust to your liking. 🌶️ Add a splash of hot sauce if you want more flavor.
