Here’s how it goes - Pick your base: White Rice, Brown Rice or Salad Protein: Beef Bulgogi, Pork Bulgogi, Chicken Bulgogi, Spicy Pork, Crispy Popcorn Chicken, Tofu, Toppings: Pico de galo, corn, olives, kimchi, egg, cheese, sour cream, kimchi jalapeños, red cabbage, fried onions, garlic butter edamame, pickled ginger, guacamole, etc Sauce: spicy mayo, jalapeno may, habanero, etc And you can also get bomb chips. They make everything fresh in house. There’s really no other place like this in Orange County - or anywhere, as far as I know.
