This at BGSU which is where i call on campus we have amnesty laws but apparently that didn’t apply here :( this happened to a friend who had a fatal alcohol poisoning and she was still cited

where i’m from the cops can’t arrest anyone unless the catch you in the act of drinking to using, they have that law in place so in situations like this the friends aren’t scared to get help

This happened to me just two weeks ago. My school has a policy that if you or your friend call for help when intoxicated no disciplinary action can be taken. I did not interact with any cops.
