Day 1 of college they say you can’t get in legal trouble for trying to help someone who’s had too much to drink/is incapacitated. And then this happens. So why would students ever call cops for help?

The university does not need to be and should not be involved in this. This stops students from reporting and getting help going forward. Brain dead policy.
