Dear Qatar Airways, I left my cellphone on seat/fall down under seat on QR118 from malpensa to Doha…The Customer Service asked me to go back to Malaysia and email to lost & found website. Until todate Qatar Airways has not communicate with me nor did they update the status of loss & found report. My phone is now traceable at Doha airport but nobody assist me on this even though a bundle of emails has been sent to them with the phone location detected. I don’t know why Qatar Airways claimed that they are the best airline taking into the account their slow service.(Report No KULLP145909)
