I can't even go to the doctors I have many things that need checking but in my mind I'm going to be told I'm dying or have cancer so rather just not go 😂 makes no sense really health anxiety is crazy

I knew I had cancer, I knew I had autoimmune conditions and Infact I wasn't crazy the nhs and the doctors let me down so many times and misdiagnosed me

My white blood cells were slightly high too and was told it's probably because I wasn't feeling very well. This was two months ago It also came back I was anemic, low folic acid and vitamin d.

My Red blood cells and eosonifil levels are low. I think I have cancer now. I'm pregnant and having anxiety attacks because of this

Aww bless you, i had very similar experience, i know how bad it is, it’s terrifying, i have anxiety for a month now, it is insane. Whoever is suffering with anxiety, please learn breathing techniques!
