I agree as a person who got in trouble once it’s been 22 years since my last arrest, and I believe I deserve a second chance owning at fire alarm so I will look into it

i keep seeing post on felons able to get a gun. the catch is you have to had completed all your paperwork and its 7yrs after that..so if you got off probation this year, it will be 2031 then yes

It’s a second chance law in states that allow it. Normally 10 years minimum required no crime / jail. If they do that technically their record sealed and they are no longer felon.

i feel.that once your sentence is complete you get those rights back however now as a felon any new convictions that involve a firearm carry a much stiffer penalty.
