@chef_boydbrownthe3rd: This is how you make a Spaghetti Carbonara. It’s really only four ingredients. It’s a very simple quick dish that taste absolutely amazing 🤤🤌🏾 Spaghetti Carbonara Ingredients: 10 ounces Guanciale (diced) 8 ounces Pecorino cheese (grated or powdered) 1 Box of Spaghetti (you’ll use about 12 oz) 3 Egg Yolks 1 Whole Egg Salt for the Pasta Water Cracked Pepper for Garnish Instructions: Place a large pot of water on to boil with a few pinches of salt in it. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente. In a large frying pan, add the guanciale and place on medium-high heat. Once the guanciale is golden, remove from the heat and drain the fat from it, keeping both the guanciale and fat. In a mixing bowl, add all the eggs and the cheese, then add about 1/2 cup of the hot pasta water and mix. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the same pan the guanciale was cooked in and then add 3/4 of the cooked guanciale and the cheese and egg mixture. Mix well (note you do not want the heat on under this), feel free to add some more of the hot pasta water if you feel it needs it.
