When my conures do this it’s cause they’re trying to nest! I don’t know if you know for sure the budgies gender but this can encourage her to lay an egg which can be dangerous

One of my birds loved chucking herself in the back of my library whenever it was bedtime.I had to use my other bird and a flashlight to draw her out which took like 40 minutes so bedtime was later😅
