She’s a Malaysian health influencer and as a Malaysian, buying “healthier” bread is expensive and unrealistic. I would rather eat cheap bread (with some lettuce etc.) > than eating cheap junk food

As someone with Celaic disease and my only option is Gluten free bread which can easily run from $4-9 a loaf. It’s so frustrating and for less bread too 😞
