S’mores cookie bars 🍪✨🪵 Ingredients - 245g all-purpose flour (2 cups) - 113g unsalted butter, melted (1/2 cup) - 165g light brown sugar, packed (3/4 cup) - 68g granulated sugar (1/3 cup) - 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk - 2 tsp vanilla extract  - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1/4 tsp salt - 120g jumbo marshmallows, cut in half  (about 2 cups) - 280g milk chocolate chips (about 1 3/4 cups) - 1 Hershey’s bar (for topping) - Graham crackers, enough to line the bottom of an 8×8-inch pan (about 9–12 full cracker sheets) Instructions - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
