Originating from Yilan, Taiwan, you can find this dessert in various spots across the island such as night markets. The one featured in the video is from Dadaocheng. It’s a unique combination starting with taro ice cream, peanut brittle shavings, and cilantro wrapped with a spring roll wrapper. Each bite you will get the creaminess of the taro ice cream, crunch from the peanut brittle, and brightness from the fresh cilantro.
