Thoroughly wash the Mustard Greens a few times. Drain and cut them into 1 ยฝ inch pieces. Place the Mustard Greens large jar. Use more than 1 jar if necessary. 2. In a large mixing bowl make the solution by add 4 cups Water, 2 tsp Salt, 2 cup Vinegar, and 2 cup Sugar. Mix until dissolved. 3. Pour the solution into the jar. You can gently press down on the Mustard Greens if itโs slightly above the liquid. Donโt worry in a few days it will sink and you can mix it up. Let it pickle for at least 2 days on the counter, then fridge it for 1 week or more.
