So give him keys, just not ones that work in your house. So when he tries to use them when you're not home.... busted. Because he WILL let you know the keys don't work.

I would get one of those deadbolts you can change the key pattern on. set up cameras in case he comes into your home you can press charges

Get smart locks and give him a unique code. It will notify your phone when someone enters and it will keep a log of which code.

replace all the locks and call the cops to report an attempted b&e when he tries to unlock your home. also if this all started because you reported a vehicle parked illegally it may be his car.

showwwww me where it says in the bylaws he is allowed/you are required to provide him a key to enter your property.even landlords cant enter without 24 hour notice.

Give them matching random house keys. Then wait to see… I’m sure they’ll notify you that the keys don’t work and then question. Why would they need to be entering your place?

next time report the cars to the police (i called and asked for an email), they will give the person a ticket. there was a guy who always parked his car in the handicap spot untill he got a 300$ticket
