every time my son had an ear infection he never had the typical symptoms. runny nose 1st clue! and remember every time he has an ear infection they track how many he has in like a year =tunes

If you just got off an airplane it's common in children due to the pressure change!! Look up airplane ear! My daughter gets one every time after flights!

My son had ear infections a lot when he was that age and then he got tubes and it was a life saver.

my son had a terrible cough and runny nose . i was convinced it was RSV and nope it was an ear infection. also no pulling or anything on ear

we had the stomach bug then my 10 month old 2 days after that got a cough and runny nose I took him in cause he woke up with a fever and up he had a ear infection and croup.. then we got it
